Authenticity Guarantee

Each piece of art we offer for sale on the site is a genuine work of the artist listed.

However, if a piece of art work is proven to be inauthentic or its description as set out on our site or in a catalogue is inaccurate, we will refund the full purchase price and shipping costs once you return the artwork to us. These cases will require examinable proof clearly demonstrating that the item is inauthentic as provided by an established and acknowledged authority.

The guarantee holds for one month after the purchase of the original artwork
from Ganesh Arts, if:

1. Only the actual buyer makes the claim (The benefit of the claim is not assignable to any
    subsequent owners or others who may acquire or have an interest in the original artwork)

2. The item is returned in the same condition that it was in, at the time of purchase

3. The item was indisputably purchased from us.
